Confira:

#motivationmonday -394lbs 👇 combined since we set a New Years Resolution 1/1/2016. We were fedup with spending or nights sitting on the couch binge watching Netflix and mindlessly eating. Our bestfriend challenged us to the first 30 days of no eating out, no cheat meals, no alcohol or soda, and working out for 30 minutes five times a week. We took the challenge, completed it 100%, and that first month of our journey our lives changed. We realized it wasn't a diet, but a lifestyle change. We focused on small changes and they added up to big results. We focused on each day instead of how far we had to go. Instead of eating out like we did daily we meal prepped, learned daily about nutrition labels/cooking, ans we also took the foods we loved and made healthy versions. This helped us not feel deprived and control temptations. We also fell in love with taking care of ourselves and our new life together. This journey helped bring us closer together and stronger than ever. Dont wait for the New Year to change like we did – start today! #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fit #fitfam #fitness #dietbet #fattofit #gym #obesetobeast #fattofit #swolemate #couplegoals #relationshipgoals #fitnessmotivation #fitlove #fitcouple #plussize #effyourbeautystandards #health #diet #losingweight #extremeweightloss #transformation #weightlosstransformation #fatgirlfedupsdietbet #goals #motivation

#swolematesunday -394👇lbs since 1/1/16! This man has stuck by my side through thick & thin. @discoveringdanny has loved me no matter my size and never asked me to change. He treats me the same way at 179lbs that he treated me at 485lbs. When we got married we made vows to low eachother for better for worse through sickness and in health until death do us part. ❤ We meant those words and we are so happy for this new life we are living. #facetofacefriday Lost 303lbs but never lost my smile. Happiness doesn't have to depend on your size but living a life you're in love with. Getting married at 485lbs was one of the best days of my life. I married my bestfriend and my wedding is a day I have no regrets about the size I was. I felt beautiful then – but I feel beautiful & healthy now. Love yourself enough to live your best life. Love yourself enough to take care of your body. #throwbackthursday to 485lbs & @discoveringdanny proposing to me at sunset on Clearwater Beach. He never saw me as my size, asked me to change, or made me feel as anything other than beautiful. He treated me the same way at 485lbs that he does at 182lbs. Love doesn't have a size or weight limit. He saw the person I was on the inside and supported me while I made that person on the side match my outside. Surround yourself with those who lift you higher and see the greatness in you even when you dont see it yourself! ❤ #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fatgirlfedupdietbet #love #florida #clearwaterbeach #sunset #fitspire #fitcouple #relationshipgoals #couplegoals #fattofit #obesetobeast #beastmode #fitfam #fitspo #inspire #motivation #fitnessmotivation #gym #wedding #engagement #transform #fitspo #diet #extremeweightloss #transformation

#transformationtuesday -303👇 down. From a size 28 to a 10. Last year 1/1/16 I set a New Years Resolution to lose weight. I was fedup with being a prisoner in my own body and at 25 years old 485lbs – I knew I had to fight for my life. I didn't have the funds for a personal trainer, meal plan, surgery, and I knew I had to find a lifestyle that I could stick too. I started counting calories, pushing myself doing cardio on the elliptical for just 5x a week, stopped drinking my calories, learned daily how to cook, started meal prepping, & focused on each day not how far I had to go. Before I knew it I had lost 303lbs and broke out of my prison. Dont wait for the New Year like I did – START TODAY! #weightloss #diet #losingweight #workout #exercise #beforeandafter #instafit #goals #lowcarb #health #fatgirlfedupsdietbet #extremeweightloss #transform #transformation #gym #plussize #weightlosstransformation #fit #fitness #fitfam #fitspo #motivation #fitnessmotivation #effyourbeautystandards #dietbet #weightlossjourney

#motivationmonday -392lbs 👇 with diet/exercise since 1/1/16. It's the small things like fitting into a booth with my husband @discoveringdanny without my stomach sitting on the table, not fitting, or requesting a table to avoid the embarassment. It's the small things like not feeling like a prisoner in my own body or like i'm just existing in my own life. The small things are the things that make me never want to go back to a 485lb life. Never forget how far you've come and enjoy all the non scale victories along the way. We may have lost 392lbs but we received a new healthy life. From weighing 765lbs combined to fitting into @discoveringdanny arms. Together we have lost 392lbs but grown closer physically and mentally on a whole new level through our journeys. There are some things that in our 10 years together were never possible & the new feeling of him being able to wrap me up in his arms for the first time in my life will never get old. ❤ #weightloss #weightlossjourney #goals #love #swolemate #swolemates #love #provethemwrong #progress #happy #weightlosstransformation #transform #losingweight #diet #couplegoals #relationshipgoals #fitcouple #health #countingcalories #fitnessmotivation #motivation #dietbet #dress #ootd #gym #fatgirlfedupsdietbet #workout #exercise

#facetofacefriday -392lbs 👇 since @discoveringdanny & I set a New Years Resolution 1/1/16. This picture from the night before we started our journey speaks to me. We had no idea exactly how we were going to lose the weight or if we would make it – but we were determined to try. We knew that together anything was possible. We weighed a combined total of 765lbs and we fedup with the life we were living. Together we started meal prepping, drinking water instead of soda, quit watching television and started moving more, going to the gym just 30 minutes five times a week, focusing on our future every day, setting goals – and day by day the weight took care of its self. #throwbackthursday to my wedding bra & when they fitted me into a 52F bra. When I married @discoveringdanny on October 3rd, 2015 – I weighed 485lbs. I always wanted to lose weight, but it wasnt until January 2016 I fully committed & then lost 300lbs. Nothing about shopping for a wedding dress at 485lbs was glamorous. Between not being able to find a dress to getting fitted for a bra – nobody knew how to treat a plus size bride. Nobody knew how to make me feel like a bride, and not my size. Thank god I was strong enough to know my worth, and kept searching for my 34W dress even though I questioned if I would ever find one. I debated for a long time about opening my own plus size bridal shop after my experiences dress shopping, but nothing they said to me, and no judgemental looks could make me feel any less. Skinny or heavy I was getting to marry my bestfriend after 10 years. Skinny or heavy I knew I would feel beautiful on my wedding day. Skinny or heavy I knew it was going to be a day i'd never forger & one of the best days of my life. Skinny or heavy – I was worthy of someone who loved me for my heart and not my size. Never make anyone feel any less because they're not a size 0 or what society says they should be. I CHOSE to get healthy because I loved myself enough to change my life. Not because I was unhappy with who I was before. I'm super proud of the girl who fought to get where i am now. I chose to get healthy for me, not anyone else. #transformationtuesday -392👇 since @dannyreed5 & I set a New Years Resolution together 1/1/16. We didnt have a meal plan, surgery, personal trainer, but what we did have was each other & the motivation within to work hard every single day. We wanted to be parents in the future and live a longer life together. We had no idea that in just over a year 6 months we would be a completely different couple. We may have lost the weight but we have grown closer together. Pound by pound, step by step, day by day – we have transformed our lives and molded our bodies into the people we've always wanted to be. This man has been by my side for the last 10 years and treated me no different at 485lbs than he does at 182lbs. We all deserve to live a life we are in love with and have people around that make it worth living. Nós aceitamos o desafio, o completamos 100% e neste primeiro mês a nossa vida mudou“, contou a mulher no Instagram.
